Lynda ended up serving as a dual agent on the sale of my home which can be tricky. She handled it very well and I think the buyer and I each felt that Lynda was working only for us. Linda began the listing process by taking a detailed walk through our home and around our yard. She then gave us a realistic view of what the property should be priced at based on the current housing market. She met with the photographer who took photos of the property and helped develop a beautiful full color brochure. She supplied a lovely lunch for the realtor's open and attended each of the open houses. Once an offer had been made and accepted, she guided us through the escrow process and worked with the buyer's realtor to resolve any issues that arose. She attended several home inspections and missed a family function to be at the buyer's final walk through. Linda verified the funding of our loan and helped insure that our escrow closed on time. We would not hesitate to recommend her as a realtor.
